Sara Anderson

Accounting and Marketing Assistant | Broker Associate

Sara was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and studied Operations and Informations Management at the University of Colorado - Boulder, Leeds School of Business. While there, she interned with SCI Fidelity for a year helping with marketing for the label and their bands. Upon graduating, she moved to Jackson Hole, WY to be a wrangler at Turpin Meadow Ranch. The following fall, she was hired as the Operations Supervisor at The Clear Creek Group, a luxury vacation rental and real estate firm, in Jackson. After a few years, she moved to Fort Worth, obtained her real estate license and practiced under PowerPlay Destination Properties while her then-boyfriend, now husband, Matt Anderson, studied Ranch Management at Texas Christian University. 

Matt got a job working for Arrowpoint Cattle Co. in Nathrop after graduating which brought the two of them to Chaffee County. A few months later they were engaged and set a date to get married at the Surf Hotel! Sara’s passion for real estate, marketing, music, and business immediately drew her to the action in South Main. She now helps with accounting, marketing, coordinating concert contracts, and is the Broker’s Associate for South Main Realty.  

Sara and Matt are thrilled to be back in Colorado where they can continue to partake in their many hobbies such as skiing, fly-fishing, horseback riding, and hiking with their two dogs Maya and Bandito.
