    • You are required to hire a builder from South Main’s approved list. If the buyer has another builder they would like to use, such builder can apply to become approved.

    • Construction must be completed within 2 years from closing.

    • While actual construction costs will depend on a multitude of factors, we anticipate a range of $450-$550 per square foot.

  • PARKING:

    • The architectural design for this lot must incorporate a minimum of 2 off-street parking spots. All on-street parking is open to the public and is not assigned.

  • OTHER:

    • Please Note: The South Main Phase 2 plat has not yet been approved by the Town of Buena Vista. We anticipate receiving approvals and recording the plat on or around the end of 2021.
