Rick Fagerberg

Rick brings 30 years of commercial and residential building experience to his position as South Main Construction's superintendent. In recent years he served as superintendent for TCD, Inc. General Contractor out of Breckenridge where he helped manage the construction of several multi-million dollar commercial projects including a 140,000 square foot, 50-unit lodge and a 185,000 square foot, 80-unit hotel, both in Breckenridge. Prior to his employment at TCD, Rick served as foreman for a commercial concrete frame company, building concrete structures for projects at Denver University and the Denver International Airport. Rick also brings a broad range of experience in high-end residential construction to his position at South Main. We are excited to have Rick on board!
