Luke is a professor of finance and co-director of the Office of Economic Analysis & Business Research in the Fort Lewis College School of Business, an economist for Southwest Colorado, and lead adviser for Capital International Assets hedge fund. From the University of Virginia and Auburn University, he earned an undergraduate in systems engineering, a dual masters in industrial & systems engineering, and a dual PhD in finance and systems engineering. Luke received the prestigious Gilbreth Award granted to the top new PhD in the country in the field of financial engineering.
