JJ Kinsfather, P.E. is South Main Development's engineer and construction manager. JJ was involved with the planning and engineering for the project from day one due to his employment at Swift & Associates, one of the leading New Urban engineering firms in the nation. Now an employee of South Main, he is tasked with the implementation of the construction plans he created. JJ attended the University of Colorado where he graduated with High Distinction from the school of Engineering. He is committed to helping spread New Urbanism across Colorado and across the nation.
